This service was not only a life saver, but so easy and convenient! I recently had a baby and chasing two littles means some of the house work has to take a back seat. After the holidays, I found myself buried in laundry from all the guests and visitors we hosted. I was able to schedule a pick up easily online and check that off my to do list. The driver picked my order up in the time window they provided and delivered it back to my front door the next day earlier than initially predicted! Everything was returned clean and neatly folded and packaged back up. The entire process was seamless and so helpful in this current stage of life I’m in! Highly highly highly recommend!

Wouldn't you know that my washing machine would break down during the busiest month of my life? Enter the most wonderful service (and I mean SERVICE) that I could have hoped for! Laundry Matters has been a life saver! For a per-pound price, they pick up all my laundry (they provide the laundry bags) and return it, impeccably washed and folded/hung, the next day. They even text me with a pickup/drop off time window that is remarkably accurate. Their customer service is excellent. They have been totally responsive to every request. I couldn't be happier! I may wait a while before stressing about shopping for a new washer....
