Wouldn't you know that my washing machine would break down during the busiest month of my life? Enter the most wonderful service (and I mean SERVICE) that I could have hoped for!
Laundry Matters has been a life saver! For a per-pound price, they pick up all my laundry (they provide the laundry bags) and return it, impeccably washed and folded/hung, the next day. They even text me with a pickup/drop off time window that is remarkably accurate.
Their customer service is excellent. They have been totally responsive to every request. I couldn't be happier! I may wait a while before stressing about shopping for a new washer....

Signed up for Laundry Matters weekly service.
I love that you can customize everything from Washing and Drying temperature, options on detergents, fabric softeners, optional bleach and color safe bleach. Options of Folding and Hanging clothes.
I was skeptical and thought this service would be expensive. I spent a couple hours crunching numbers, weighing my clothes lol, the time and effort it takes to wash, dry and fold our clothes, and came to the conclusion. This is cheaper than buying a New Washer and Dryer, paying for utilities, all the time I save, the hassle free idea of lugging the machines if I move, not worrying about fixing my machine if it breaks.
If this doesn’t convince you to sign up for weekly service they have another by request option to just try the service out. Save yourself from the depressing mountain piles of unfolded laundry.
